Who actually processes my payments?
Card payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Funds settle directly to your linked bank account on standard payout schedules. SugarPay never holds your money.
How do you handle my data?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your merchant account — we just disconnect. We retain limited records (invoices, audit logs) per legal/tax requirements and delete the rest within 90 days of account closure.
